Hospital Services
Complex Continuing Care
Our Complex Continuing Care program includes four sub-specialties: Parkinson's, Dialysis, Neuromuscular and Respite Care. Our mission is to provide care to chronically ill and functionally dependent patients in need of complex interdisciplinary care.
Care of the Elderly and Rehabilitation
The rehabilitation program includes geriatric, stroke and neuromusculoskeletal. The common goal of the program is to enable individuals to remain in their homes and communities as optimally independent as possible.
Geriatric Services
The geriatric services are in the range of inpatient, ambulatory, and outreach programs. These services include:Diagnostic Imaging and Ultrasound Services (Radiology, Ultrasound, ECG), Outpatient Physiotherapy, Photoderm and the Geriatric Assessment Outreach Team.
Palliative Care
Our Palliative Care program includes the services provided to hospitalized patients and externally on a consultation basis. It includes an in-patient unit for patients with acute and/or complex symptoms and health issues. The Palliative Pain and Symptom Management Consultation Service offers services to all Bruyère Continuing Care programs as well as for any health care team members caring for palliative care patients external to Bruyère Continuing Care.
Long-Term Care
